Terms of Service

1. Who we are

LetReady is operated by NETWRXSOLUTIONS LIMITED (trading as Netwrx Solutions), a company registered in Scotland with company number SC502612, whose registered office is at 6 Wentworth Crescent, Dundee DD2 3SE. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean NETWRXSOLUTIONS LIMITED, and "you" means the person or organisation using LetReady.

2. What LetReady is, and is not

LetReady is an online record-keeping and reminder tool for private landlords with property in England. It lets you record the dates, references and providers of safety certificates, tenancy paperwork, licences and registrations, shows you what is in date, due or overdue, and sends optional email reminders.

LetReady does not provide legal, financial or property advice. The summaries of legal duties shown in the service are drawn from published GOV.UK and Health and Safety Executive guidance and are provided for general information only. Laws change and your circumstances may differ. You remain solely responsible for complying with your legal obligations as a landlord, for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for checking current official guidance or taking professional advice where appropriate.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give us accurate account details.
  • Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • One account is for one landlord or one organisation. Do not share a login between unrelated businesses.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No payment details are taken for the trial. When it ends, your data remains readable and exportable, but you cannot add or change records until you subscribe.

5. Subscriptions, payment and cancellation

  • Plans are £4.99 per month or £39 per year. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect for you.
  • Payment is taken in advance by card through Stripe, our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from your Account page or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. Your records stay readable after cancellation.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund that payment in full on request. Otherwise payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.
  • If a payment fails we will let you know and retry. If it remains unpaid the subscription is suspended and the account returns to read-only.

6. Your responsibilities

  • The information you enter must be accurate and kept up to date. Reminders and statuses are only as good as the dates you record.
  • Reminders are sent by email as a courtesy. Email can be delayed, filtered or lost; do not rely on a reminder as your only safeguard against a missed deadline.
  • Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to store content you have no right to store, or in a way that interferes with the service or other users.
  • Do not enter personal details about your tenants. The service is designed to hold information about you and your properties, not about other people.

7. Our responsibilities and limits

We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care and aim to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may suspend it for maintenance or security reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any fine, penalty, rent repayment order, loss of rent, loss of possession rights, legal costs or other loss that arises from a missed deadline, an inaccurate record, a reminder that was not received, or reliance on the legal summaries in the service. Our total liability to you for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Your data

You own the information you enter. You can export it at any time from the Export page. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. If you ask us to delete your account we will remove your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. We may also withdraw the service altogether; if we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email, keep the export available during that time, and refund any prepaid period you will not receive.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes that materially affect you will be notified by email at least 30 days before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living in England, Wales or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live and you benefit from any mandatory consumer protections of that country.
